Where We Ship

WOW Coffee Co. proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times

Our coffee is prepared and packaged on demand to provide a fresh, quality experience.

• Order processing: Typically 2–4 business days.

• Shipping transit: Typically 3–4 additional business days for most destinations.

• Estimated delivery: Approximately 5–8 business days for most orders.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates may vary depending on your delivery location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
